On 8 Aug 23, we celebrated for achieving the Frank Cooper Sands Award (Gold with Honours Pennant) for 2022. This award would never have been possible without all the great work from all Dragons, leaders n teachers!
Other than the amazing parade, we also gave recognition to our Best Scout award to SPL Kwan Hwee San and our Distinguished Service Award to our incoming Rovers Daryl Ke, Carissa Wong and Timothy Lee.
